Sevenoaks prepared me well for university and work; I was taught how to study in a disciplined, methodical way and with a high level of academic rigour. From the beginning, students are given responsibility and treated with respect, and they leave with knowledge and maturity that sets them up for life.
I’m an industrial designer and co-founded a design agency and feel proud to have received a bursary. I thoroughly enjoyed school, which I realise is a privilege. I hope someday to fund a place at Sevenoaks and give someone the same experience.
